Terms and Conditions

Please note:


You agree to abide by the following terms and conditions when making a booking. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions then please do not make a booking, or if you are an existing client please contact us to tell us you no longer wish to proceed. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice from time to time at our discretion. You are able to view the most up to date terms and conditions on our website or by writing to Clara's Twinkle Touch to request a printed copy.


The term "CTT" refers to Clara Loose trading as Clara's Twinkle Touch.


Pricing


  1. CTT reserves the right to change the pricing on our services at any time. Existing clients will be given written notice and offered the option to carry on using the service with the new prices or to cancel.
  2. All prices are in GBP.


Payment


  1. CTT accept the following payment methods:
  2. Bank Transfer
  3. Cash
  4. PayPal (additional PayPal fees may apply)
  5. Payment must be made either on the day of the clean, or within 7 days from receipt of an invoice.
  6. CTT reserves the right to withdraw monthly invoicing to clients
  7. CTT reserves the right to take a client to a small claims court or to employ the services of a debt collection agency to recover payments owed. CTT also reserves the right to add interest and claim compensation for debt recovery fees.


Access


  1. The client must ensure that there is access to the property at the booked time. Any keys provided to us must open and lock any door locks required to get in without any special effort or skill. If CTT are unable to access the property then CTT reserves the right to cancel the booked clean and still charge for the whole booking.   
  2. If CTT loses a key to the clients property, then CTT will arrange for a locksmith to attend to replace the affected lock. The client agrees that they will be at the property to allow for this to happen.
  3. If an alarm system is present then the client must provide operating instructions and the code. CTT will not be held responsible for any alarms triggered during the booked clean.   
  4. The client must provide safe access to the property that is to be cleaned. If CTT consider the property is not safe to either gain entry to or is not safe once inside, then CTT reserve the right to cancel the booked clean and still charge for the whole booking.   
  5. The client must provide a parking place for CTT at the time of the booked clean. If paid parking is required to access the clients property then the client will be required to cover this.
  6. The client must ensure that there is power and hot water available at the property. If these are not available then CTT reserve the right to cancel the booked clean and still charge for the whole booking.


Cancellation


  1. If CTT does not receive the clients payment for bookings that have been completed, then CTT reserves the right to suspend all future booked cleans until payment is received.
  2. CTT reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booked clean due to unforeseen circumstances, such as (but not limited to) vehicle breakdown, illness or childcare.
  3. If CTT believes there is a health and safety risk at the clients property (such as but not limited to, a persons behaviour or hazardous equipment), then CTT reserves the right to cancel the booked clean and still charge for the whole booking.   
  4. If the client needs to cancel a booked clean, they can do this over the phone or by email.
  5. The client must ensure they give as much notice as possible if they need to cancel a booked clean. If booked cleans are regularly cancelled without adequate notice then CTT reserves the right to refuse future service to the client.
  6. If the client requests a booked clean is rescheduled, this will be subject to CTT availability. There is no guarantee that CTT will be able to accommodate the client's request, though will try to do so. 
  7. If the client moves to an area that CTT does not cover, then future booked cleans will be cancelled.


Damages & Complaints


  1. CTT holds public liabity insurance.
  2. CTT reserves the right to withhold disclosure of confidential documents.
  3. The client must report any damages to CTT within 24 hours of the booked clean being carried out. CTT reserves the right to refuse to accept any refund claim after this time.
  4. CTT will also take the utmost care to prevent damaging items in your property, however accidents do happen. In the event that CTT is responsible for damaging an item during a booked clean (to which CTT agrees they were at fault) then the item will be repaired. If this is not possible then it will be replaced on a like-for-like basis or refunded at it's current cash value only.
  5. CTT will refuse to offer a replacement, repair or refund to the client, if the client owes money to CTT.
  6. Any service provided will be deemed to have been completed to the clients satisfaction unless written notification is provided to CTT within 48 hours of the booked clean being carried out. CTT will investigate any complaints and attempt to resolve it to the clients satisfaction.
  7. The client agrees they will allow CTT to come back to the property and inspect any disputed areas.
  8. When the recovery clean is carried out, the client must be present.
  9. CTT reserves the right to only offer one recovery clean per service.


Liability


  1. CTT will not be liable for any third parties or their actions who are at the clients property during the time of a booked clean.
  2. Items of a high sentimental or monetary value are requested to be stored away safely during a booked clean to prevent accidental damage.
  3. CTT are not liable for any existing damage to the clients property such as (but not limited to) old stains / burn marks / spillages that cannot be removed during the clean.
  4. CTT are not liable for any damage caused by faulty products or equipment provided by the client.
  5. CTT will not be liable for any ingrained dirt or stains that cannot be removed from carpets, rugs, furniture or appliances, caused due to not them not being cleaned previously.
  6. CTT will not be liable for any loss due to the client booking insufficient time to allow for all the required cleaning to be carried out in.


Special Offers


  1. From time to time CTT may run special offers at its discretion. These will have their own additional terms and conditions.
  2. CTT reserves the right to end any special offer without prior notice.
  3. Any special offer will have an expiry date, and will not be honored by CTT once this has passed.

Any special offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.New paragraph
