What are your business hours?
We are available Monday to Friday from 0830 to 1600

We are based in Braintree and can cover the following surrounding areas:

Are you fully insured?
Yes, we have public liabilty insurance that covers up to £2 million

What type of payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by cash or bank transfer
Business clients can also pay by monthly invoice

Do I need to sign a contract to use your service?
No. We will not lock you into any long term contracts.
You use our service on a pay as you go basis.

What happens if something goes wrong?
We always take the utmost care when carrying out any cleaning service, but unfortunatly sometimes something goes wrong.
If you are not happy with any part of the clean, or if something is damaged, please get in contact with us within 24 hours with details.

What items do you not clean?
We do not clean the following items:
- Bodily fluids / waste
- Medical waste
- Animal waste
- Fragile or valuable items
- Under heavy items
- Items too high up
- Carpets, rugs or upholstery
- External windows
- Any other item considered to be a health and safety risk

Do I need to be in for the clean?
No you do not. We are able to offer a keyholding service, where you issue us with a key to your property.
We already do this with several of our clients, meaning they do not have to wait around while the clean is carried out.
Your key would be returned to you promptly when you request it back.

Do you provide the cleaning materials?
Yes we will provide all the cleaning materials to carry out your clean with.
This includes eco-friendly products for those who are concious about what is used in their property.
